Outback Lawn Maintenance was originally started in Calgary, 

Alberta in 1998. After growing a successful company there we 

decided to sell it in 2005 after making the move in 2004 to Sylvan 

Lake. In 2012 we decided to venture back into small business 

and started up Outback Lawn Maintenance in Sylvan Lake! 

 We have grown from one truck and a crew of 2, into a fleet of eight work 

trucks, 5 trailers, 12 full time seasonal staff (including Jeff Moulton), 

and a part time office and Customer Relations Representative (Jodi 

Moulton). Jodi was born and raised in Sylvan Lake (nee Hinshaw) 

and her family roots are tied deep into the community. Jeff & Jodi 

where married in August 2016. Jodi is an active school teacher in 

Sylvan Lake, and Jeff has been with Sylvan Lake volunteer Fire 

Department for 17 years.
